Christin Magnus

Owner | Lead Instructor | PILOXING Master Trainer | Fabletics Master

Christin Magnus, a Michigan native, is the founder of Exhale Fitness Studio. She has a bachelor’s degree in Pre-Physical Therapy giving her a background in anatomy and physiology and a core understanding of the effects of movements on the body. As an active member of IDEA Health and Fitness Association, she stays current on the latest fitness and exercise trends in order to provide the best service for her clients. Her love of group fitness is evident in each of her classes. She possesses 17 fitness certifications some including PILOXING®, PILOXING Barre, POUND, Zumba Fitness, PiYo LIVE, Jillian Michaels BodyShred, Tabata Bootcamp, TRX Group Suspension Training, TRX Yoga, UrbanKick and Shockwave. Christin’s experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor led to her to receive the position as a Master Trainer for PILOXING. This has given Christin the privilege the last 4 years to work alongside one of fitness industry’s top instructors Viveca Jensen (founder of PILOXING®) and present PILOXING® workshops around the country certifying instructors. As a Fabletics Master, Christin has the opportunity to promote her favorite activewear line Fabletics and write for their blog. She is excited for you to be part of the Exhale Fitness family and looks forward to sweating with you!

Whitney Eanes

Whitney has a bachelor’s degree in Cardiopulmonary Science from ETSU and works at Johnson City Medical Center as a respiratory therapist. Whitney is also a certified group fitness instructor. When she is away from the hospital you can find her teaching either R.I.P.P.E.D., Turbo Kick, Tabata Bootcamp or Jillian Michaels BodyShred. Teaching Turbo Kick is one of her favorite things to do and she is excited for every class she teaches. Whitney will be sure to give you a good, fun sweat at Exhale!

Hannah Wilcox

Hannah has a B.S.S. in Mass Communications from East Tennessee State University but enjoys being a stay at home mom of her 3 children. Hannah has always had a love for dance and fitness. She has experience working in the field as early as high school and has over 13 years of dance training. She found a love for group fitness after her second child was born and began teaching Zumba Fitness. She then later fell in love with PILOXING, in September 2012 after testing by the PILOXING Academy, she received the PILOXING ELITE instructor status. In 2013 Hannah completed a 90 day barre apprenticeship and became a certified Booty Barre instructor. To further extend her fitness background Hannah has also recently been certified in Urban Kick. Her love for family, health and fitness continues to grow and she is extremely excited to be a part of the Exhale team!

Kelly has a Bachelor of Science in Recreational Programming and holds certifications in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Plyoga, and Sports Nutrition. As a wife and mom, she is passionate about healthy living and enjoys working from home helping others attain their wellness goals! Weight training in formats like RIP are a true first love in fitness. Along with the versatility of HIIT training and recovery that you experience in PLYOGA. Kelly is excited to share her experience with the Exhale Fitness family!

Beth Stevenson

Beth Stevenson

Beth has always been passionate about fitness and healthy living. She grew up playing multiple sports and ran track and cross country for Ole Miss. She discovered group fitness while a working a graduate assistant at Austin Peay State University where she earned her Masters degree in Exercise Science. There she learned to teach a variety of formats including Pilates, sports conditioning, indoor cycling, and kickboxing. She moved to Johnson City in 2008 and worked at Health Fitness at Eastman teaching group fitness, personal training, and doing health coaching for Eastman employees. In 2011, she became a licensed physical education teacher and began teaching P.E. at St. Mary’s School and has been there every since! She has competed in several full and half marathons and now loves running local 5k races with her children. She is a mother of four and loves spending time with her family and attending her sons’ many sports activities. She is excited to be a part of the Exhale team and can’t wait to have you in class!

Jessica White

Jessica has her 200-hour RYT certification and is associated with Yoga Alliance. She’s madly in love with the Baptiste Inspired Power Yoga sequence! So much that she will begin her 10 month journey to gain her 300-hour RYT certificate in March, which will make her one of the few 500-hour RYT certified instructors in the Tri-Cities area. Jess received her Bachelor of Science degree from ETSU as well as a Master’s Degree in Education from Milligan College. In addition to teaching yoga, Jess is an art teacher at St. Mary’s School. She’s energetic, positive, and has a passion for learning and sharing growth with others. Her hobbies include hiking, sewing, YOGA, and watching her three boys play sports. Jess has always had a desire for fitness, but it wasn’t until she discovered Power Yoga that she accomplished a mind, body, and soul experience! She strives to make each of her classes upbeat, fun, and challenging while focusing on breath. Taking her class will leave you feeling powerful, peaceful, and relaxed!

Brad Magnus

Brad Magnus is a graphic designer by day, fitness instructor by night. At the age of 12 Brad was diagnosed with juvenile diabetes. Staying healthy and fit has been an important part of his life as he manages his diabetes. Brad has been involved in sports from a young age, working with talented coaches and trainers through college. Brad possesses two TRX certifications and is also certified in ShockWave and IndoRow. Brad appreciates that anyone and everyone can workout with the TRX and loves that it’s "all core, all the time." He also holds a Group Fitness certification from AAAI-ISMA.
